I agree with just about all the science dropped in this piece with a couple alterations:
Catching feeling is almost inevitable. Either the guy's got great 'd' and after piping her down enough time, she gonna start falling in love or she's got great yogurt box and he's gonna be upset if she meets someone & starts cutting down (or off) their "meetings".
The phone number. Best bet would be to keep it somewhere that only YOU are gonna ever look.... putting it under a company name can only go bad. "Baby, I had to use your phone to call cause my car needs to go in the shop" or "baby, the kids want pizza tonight". If you MUST put it in your phone, leave it under a memo or note, something like that, or hell... keep your phone LOCKED AT ALL TIMES.

Never catch feelings was my number one rule. Til' the day I met the nigga that took care of biznezz right! I was heaad over heels in love. Bad idea! I couldn't keep it together at home 'cause all i could think about was him. Now my rule is don't cheat! Somebody will catch feelings. Although, I do keep friends on the side (who im not fucking) just in case!
